What we never collect in this phase
Medical files, record numbers, passport data or payment details. Story forms reject identifiers, and anything you send is reviewed for de-identification before publishing.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy or deletion of anything tied to your email; we respond within 30 days. Story authors can request takedown, handled within 7 days.
Retention
Verification documents, if you ever send them for a Verified label, are deleted within 30 days of review.
